  1.      The To-Do List helps organize your time by creating a list
  2. of tasks to be done while assigning priorities and due dates for
  3. your list of tasks.  Lists of tasks can be edited, exported,
  4. searched, or printed.  You can even have RHM sound an alarm to
  5. notify you of due and overdue tasks.
  6.  
  7. File:     The file commands are used to create and maintain the
  8.           roster of to-do lists:
  9.  
  10.      New:      Creates a new to-do list.  You can have a name of
  11.                up to eight characters in length.  Same as
  12.                pressing the <Ins> key.
  13.  
  14.      Open:     Lets you access a to-do list.  Once you access the
  15.                list, you can manage the list of tasks it
  16.                contains.  See Task Management Menu below.
  17.  
  18.      Delete:   Deletes an existing to-do list.  Simply highlight
  19.                the list you wish to delete and select the
  20.                command. You can also press the <Del> key.
  21.  
  22.      Rename:   Renames an existing to-do list.
  23.  
  24.      Print:    Lets you print individual task items.
  25.  
  26.      Export:   Used to export a task to another module or to your
  27.                application program. When you're at the location
  28.                you wish to export the task to, pressing <Ctrl-E>
  29.                completes the transfer.

  31.      Exit:     Exits the To-Do List module, bringing you back to
  32.                the main program opening screen.

  35. Edit:     The Resident Editor option is available when you are
  36.           editing the "Task details" field in the task creation
  37.           window.  See the Resident Editor section of the Main
  38.           Menu Help for details.

  40. Record:
  41.  
  42.      Append:   Adds a task to your to-do list. Same as pressing
  43.                the <Ins> key. See Creating a List of Tasks.
  44.  
  45.      Change:   Allows you to edit an existing task. You can
  46.                change the task name, priority, due date, etc.
  47.                Same as pressing <Enter> when the task you want to
  48.                edit is highlighted.

  50.      Delete:   Deletes a task from the list. You can also press
  51.                the <Del> key when the task you want to delete is
  52.                highlighted.

  54. Search:   Searches through a list of tasks for a text string of
  55.           up to 19 characters in length.  The search begins with
  56.           the highlighted task.
  57.  
  58. Move:     Moves a task from one To-Do List to another.  You can
  59.           only move a task from one of your lists to another of
  60.           your lists.  
  61.  
  62. Done:     Use this command to remove and archive a task that has
  63.           been completed.  The archive list is a good way to keep
  64.           track of completed activities.
  65.  
  66. Roll:     This command removes the highlighted task from the
  67.           current list for the number of days.  The task will
  68.           reappear or "Rollover" after the days have passed.  You
  69.           can use this option to remove tasks low priority task
  70.           allowing you to focus on important tasks.  See Options,
  71.           Toggle to display an item that has been rolled over.

  73. Options:

  75.      Master:   Displays a master list of all tasks from all to-do
  76.                lists.  The display includes the To-Do List name,
  77.                due-date, priority, and task name.

  79.      Toggle:   Enables you to toggle between the current list of
  80.                tasks and the complete list of tasks, which
  81.                includes those tasks that have been rolled over.

  84.      Search:   Allows you to search through all To-Do Lists under
  85.                the current username for the occurrence of a
  86.                particular string of text (up to 19 characters).
  87.                For each occurrence of the search text, RHM lists
  88.                the task and the to-do list where the task was
  89.                found.
